Monday, April 20
At 2:08 p.m., motor vehicle stop on Centennial Drive. Moises T. Chavez, of Lynn, will be summonsed for operating after suspension. speeding in violation of special regulation and motor vehicle lights violation. Vehicle towed.
At 11:12 p.m., burglar alarm on Glen Street. Basement windows. Officer checked building; all in order.

Tuesday, April 21
At 2:49 a.m., dispute at Logan Express on Newbury Street. A taxi driver stated that a person refused to pay the fare for the ride. The matter was settled when the officer arrived. The passenger had never refused to pay. The taxi driver did not want to accept an airline voucher, which he was required to.

At 8:51 a.m., hit and run accident on Washington Street and Lynnfield Street. Caller reported an erratic driver that struck a fire hydrant and left the area. Water Department notified. State police stopped the vehicle on Route 1 south, just past the Lynnfield tunnel. Kristenleigh L. Jenkinson, 40, of Everett, was summonsed to court for leaving the scene of property damage, and revoked registration. Vehicle towed.
At 11:27 a.m., abandoned vehicle on Chestnut Street. Vehicle with heavy front-end damage; no license plates. Citation issued; vehicle towed.
At 12:59 p.m. larceny on Dustin Street. Electric yellow power washer stolen.
