Police: Female Laying Down on Route 114; Hit and Run Accident With Property Damage; Missing Cat

Friday, June 5
At 7:03 p.m., shoplifting at Sears. Man detained for shoplifting. Matthew G. Myslinski, 24, of Salem, will be summonsed for shoplifting.
At 8:30 p.m., fireworks complaint on Newbury Street, Tenant denied setting off fireworks.

At 11:47 p.m., motor vehicle stop on Lowell Street. Pulled over a scooter. Polleana Ramos, 25, of Salem, will be summoned for unlicensed operation. She walked the scooter home.

At 1:25 a.m., suspicious activity on Andover Street. Reporting party stated female laying down on Route 114, male party with her. Reporting party stopped to ask if the female was ok, male party said she was fine. Reporting party found this odd and call 911. Officers transported parties home. Incident documented.
At 6:49 a.m., hit and run accident on Foster Street. Christopher Nagle, 21, of Peabody, will be summonsed for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, marked lanes violation and license not in possession.
At 4:13 p.m., counterfeit bills at CVS on Lowell Street. Employee reported counterfeit bills passed. Officer in possession of bills.
At 9:53 p.m., vandalism at Gentle Dental of Peabody on Main Street. Broken window.
Sunday, June 7
At 11:36 a.m., DPW callout in the vicinity of Exit 44B, Route 95 north.Received a report of a sofa cushion in the middle of the ramp. Mass Highway was advised about the hazard.
At 12:25 p.m., missing cat on Norfolk Avenue. Caller reported that her cat, Sarge, went missing on June 6. Sarge is a black and white cat, about 18-pounds and 2-years-old. Sarge is neutered and appears to be bow legged.
