Police: Indecent Exposure Arrest, Assault Reported at Skate Park and Road Rage Incident

Friday, Dec. 19

At 3:25 p.m., assault reported at the skate park on Perkins Street. Juvenile walk-in to the police department reported that he was assaulted at the skate park by five other juveniles. Officer transporte juvenile to skate park to identify the juveniles.

At 4:00 p.m. harassment reported on Sabino Farm Road. Complaining party reported being continuously harassed by her neighbor. Officer spoke with the reporting party and advised party to go to Peabody District Court and seek an harassment restraining order.

At 5:33 p.m., road rage incident reported on Lowell Street. Woman reported that a man was was punching her windows and spitting on her car. .Officer spoke to both parties.

At 10:17 a.m., suspicious person reported on Surrey Lane. The officer stated that the male was an employee of PMLP reading meters in the neighborhood.

At 11:40 a.m., Lowell Street. The resident would like to report a past breaking and entering Officer reported that the call appeared to be unfounded. The chainsaw has been missing for approximately one to two months.

At 1:00 p.m., motor vehicle accident reported on Goodale Street. One vehicle towed.

At 1:18 p.m., shoplifting reported at JCPenney. Suspect fled in vehicle; subsequently apprehended. William Echevarria, 24, of Lynn, arrested for shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise.

At 2:13 p.m., motor vehicle accident involving an MBTA bus on Centennial Drive. No injuries. No tows.

At 4:55 p.m., shoplifting reported at Sears. Yineyry Tavares, 26, of Methuen, was arrested for shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise and receiving stolen property over $250.

At 7:30 p.m., pedestrian accident reported on Main Street. Pedestrian transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.

At 9:04 p.m., larceny reported on Bartholomew Street. Reporting party stated that a package of medical supplies was taken from his house.

Sunday, Dec. 21

At 1:11 a.m., reports of a car into a pole on Lowell Street. One person transported. Vehicle towed. Utility company notified.

At 3:21 a.m., suspicious activity reported at Hess Gas Station on Lowell Street. Rosario Adniel, 29, of Chelsea, was arrested for intent to distribute Class C drugs and indecent exposure,

At 10:30 a.m., fight over a parking space reported at Brothers Kouzina on Newbury Street.
