Police: Pedestrian Accident; Shoplifitng Arrest; Biohazard Pickup in Parking Lot

Thursday, April 9
At 5:15 p.m., three-vehicle accident with injuries on Lowell Street at Summit Street. Airbag deployment. Two vehicles towed.
At 5:49 p.m., shoplifting at Sears. Monitored shoplifter. Dustin N. Farrell, 29, of Danvers, was arrested for shoplifting over $100 and larceny over $250.

At 6:30 p.m., party walked into police station to report credit card fraud.
At 8:05 p.m., motor vehicle accident in Hannaford parking lot. Car into a pole. Airbag deployment. Driver transported to an area hospital. Vehicle towed. Officer provided Hannaford with the necessary information for insurance purposes for the light pole.

Friday, April 10
At 2:06 a.m., suspicious activity on Lynn Street. Reporting party stated there was a vehicle running next to his house for over an hour. Officer checked the car and it was someone picking up a friend.
At 6:24 a.m., pedestrian accident on at the Sunoco on Newbury Street. Caller reported a minor motor vehicle accident, and requested assistance. Officer reported that the pedestrian denied having sustained any injuries, though might seek medical treatment on his own later if it becomes necessary.
At 10:20 a.m., biohazard pickup in parking lot at Tannery Apartments. Management called and requested needles be removed from their parking lot.
At 11:19 a.m., suspicious activity on Hillside Avenue. Received a report of a white SUV operating with a young child in the front seat. Last seen going towards Bay State Road. Parent was spoken to and the practice will cease.
At 1:31 p.m., parking enforcement on Wallis Street. The officer checked the area and issued two parking tickets to vehicles illegally parked on the street.
