At 2:18 p.m., structure fire on Cross Street. Officer reported a possible cigarette caused smoke box to activate. Resolved.
At 3:08 p.m., larceny at A/X Armani Exchange. Employee theft reported. Summons issued to Juan Ortiz, 23, of Lynn, for larceny over $250, and he has been trespassed from the mall.

At 5:05 p.m., wire down on Berkshire Road. Caller reported a wire hanging down across the road ay.Officer picked it up and hung on fence. Wire still attached to house. Verizon notified.
At 11:49 p.m., burglar alarm at Toys “R” Us. Right window motion. All doors and windows secure.

Friday,. March 13
At 6:20 a.m., neighborhood dispute on Johnson Street. Party called claims truck idling in a no-parking zone. Motor vehicle left before officer arrived.
At 9:09 a.m., abandoned vehicle reported at Peabody Library. Plates confiscated by officer, and a 15-day notice of removal was left on the vehicle.
At 9:21 a.m., disturbance on Oak Street. Reports of a man dragging a woman down the street. Both people got into a vehicle. Officers located vehicle. Mercedes S. Roberts, 23, of Haverhill, arrested on a warrant.
At 10:09 a.m., suspicious activity on Fairmount Road. Steven Talkowksy, 59, arrested on two warrants. Officer reported a female ran back into the house when she saw officers. Fire Department requested. Kimberly Townsend, of Peabody, arrested on three warrants.
At 10:52 a.m., larceny on Buttonwood Lane. Man reported that he had some jewelry stolen during an estate sale. Officer reported that the wife has the items. Incident still under investigation.
At 1:46 p.m., biohazard pickup on Aborn Street. Party found new,unused syringes on the ground and would like to turn them in.
