Police: Report of a Tree That Fell on Electrical Wires and Onto the Homeowner; Road Rage; Vandalism

Monday. June 8
At 2:59 p.m., wind blew a tree down on Glenway Avenue. Report of a tree that fell on electrical wires and onto the homeowner. The homeowner is up and walking around, The officer reported that the resident was transported to an area hospital. Tree Department notified. PMLP was on scene and the road was closed.
At 5:29 p.m., DPS callout in the area of McCarthy School on Lake Street. Load of gravel in the street. NE Nursery cleaning up now and DPS enroute with sweeper.

At 9:16 p.m., vandalism on Andover Street. Broken taillight. Perpetrator returned to the scene. Justin Peach, 32, of Peabody, was arrested for malicious destruction of property over $250, and warrant.

At 1:12 a.m., vandalism on Andover Street. Caller reported vandalism to his vehicles.
At 7:22 a.m., road rage incident on Aderene Road. Caller reported another vehicle drove through the stop sign on the wrong side of the road and nearly hit him. Officer reported both parties accused the other of driving through a stop sign without stopping.
At 9:45 a.m., parking enforcement on Main Street. Seven parking tickets issued.
At 12:46 p.m., motor vehicle accident in area of Main Street Laundry on Main Street. Caller reported whiplash. Michael Supino, 22, of Saugus, was summonsed to court for attaching plates, uninsured motor vehicle, and revoked motor vehicle status. One vehicle towed, No transports.
At 1:48 p.m., fraud reported on Central Street. Reporting party stated that another party signed his name on a PMLP document.
