Police: Restaurant Brawl; Illegal Makeup Sales

Friday, Jan. 8

At 3:47 p.m., a caller reported that there was an 8-year-old girl sitting on the side of the road on Main Street. The child was reunited with her mother.

At 5:29 p.m., a vehicle struck a parked car on Foster Street.

At 8:08 p.m., there was a report of a suspicious person behind the school on Swampscott Avenue. A skateboarder was advised to leave the area.

At 8:40 p.m., David M. Hoyt, 26, of 181 Lynnfield Street in Peabody was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. Kenneth R. Hoyt, 62, of 181 Lynnfield Street was arrested and charged with allowing the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

At 11:42 p.m., five women were issued summons for assault and battery after there was a report of a fight in the lounge area of a restaurant on Summit Street. One woman was transported to Salem Hospital.

Saturday, Jan. 9

At 3:45 a.m., a caller on Oak Street reported that her neighbor was very loud.

At 7:29 a.m., there was a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle on Eagan Place.

At 8:24 a.m., there was a report of a water main break on Granite Street.

At 3:24 p.m., police arrested Ronicia L. Kennerly, 26, of 8 Carriage Hill Road in Amesbury and charged her with shoplifting, disorderly conduct, and on warrants.

At 5 p.m., security from the Northshore Mall reported that two men were trying to sell makeup in the parking lot of the mall.

At 9:57 p.m., police arrested AnneMarie Seales, 41, of 215 South Broadway in Salem, NH and charged her with shoplifting.

Sunday, Jan. 10

At 2:55 a.m., there was a report of a loud party limo with loud people on Wright Street.

At 12:01 p.m., police arrested William Connatser, 35, of 1 Donegal Road in Peabody and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and a marked lanes violation.

At 1:17 p.m., police arrested Robert L. Nicholas, 64, of 16 Crowninshield Street in Peabody on warrants.
