Police: Reynolds Road Property Condemned, Vandalism at the Army Recruitment Center, Cellphone Stolen

Sunday, Feb. 15
At 5:19 p.m., shoplifting reported at Sears. Store loss prevention reported that three males stole a watch and a hat and took off out the mall.
At 5 p.m. neighbor dispute on Berry Place. Party complained that her neighbor dumped snow in her driveway.

Monday, Feb. 16
At 2:50 p.m., motor vehicle crash at Acura of Peabody. Two vehicles towed. One person transported to an area hospital.

At 5:13 p.m., motor vehicle crash on Cross and Andover streets. No injuries. No tows.
At 5:47 p.m., larceny from American Eagle Outfitters. Reporting party stated that her mobile phone was stolen from the store. Incident was caught on camera. Cellphone was tracked.
Tuesday, Feb. 17
At 7:43 a.m., vehicle into a snowbank on Andover Street. Towed.
At 8:43 a.m., vandalism at the Army Recruitment Center on Andover Street. Army recruitment center reported that one of their vehicles had been vandalized.
At 9:40 a.m., vehicle fire reported on Elm Street. Fire damage to the side of the house.
At 11:01 a.m., assist public health officials at 20 Reynolds Road. Peabody Health Department officials announced presence several times through the open side porch and kitchen doors which could not be secured due to deteriorated condition of residence. Health officials did not get a response. Due to obvious uninhabitable conditions which could be viewed through the open doors, no further entry was made. PMLP was notified, and they turned off electricity, and removed electric meter due to high risk of fire. Residence was condemned with no occupancy allowed. The fire department has a no-entry order due to the high risk to safety of personnel. Extensive snow on low-pitched roof at the time it was determined to be a high risk of roof collapse.
At 12:02 p.m., motor vehicle accident on Osborne Street. No injuries. No tows.
At 12:21 p.m. larceny from Tannery Two apartments on Crowninshield Street. Caller reported her windshield wipers were stolen from her vehicle.
