Police: Sign Fell on Two Cars in Parking Lot, Towed Car Was Taken From Tow Yard Without Payment, Water Main Break

At 5:13 p.m., assist citizen on Fountain Street. Disturbing photos on husband’s phone.

At 7:16 p.m., DPW callout on Lowell Street at Edgehill Road. Officer reported apparent water break. Water Department shut main down. DPW will sand and salt again.

At 9:02 p.m., neighbor dispute on Foster Street.

At 10:14 p.m., wire down on Andover Street.

Thursday, Feb. 19

At9:42 a.m., larceny at Mallia’s Towing. Caller reports that a vehicle that was towed was taken from tow yard without payment. Official documented the incident.

At 10:48 p.m., vandalism at North Shore Community Health Center on Foster Street. Person reported that the sign from the business fell on his motor vehicle. The sign fell on two vehicles in the parking lot. Both cars were unoccupied.
