Police: That's a Lot of Shades; Disorderly and Disturbing

Monday, Sept. 21

At 3:01 p.m., there was a sick raccoon on Winona Street. It was transported to the animal hospital.

At 4:14 p.m., a business was broken into at the Northshore Mall and $2,100 worth of sunglasses were stolen. It was reported that the employee failed to lock the sunglasses up the night before.

At 5:02 p.m., a past larceny was reported on Troy Street.

At 5;16 p.m., there was a report that a silver van may have hit a skateboarder on Main Street.

At 5:39 p.m., a stolen moped was recovered at the Welch School.

At 6:20 p.m., security from the Northshore Mall reported that a woman was taking photos of security and yelling at them. She was issued a no trespassing order.

At 6:26 p.m., there was a report of a stolen dirt bike on Buxton Lane.

At 8:34 p.m., police arrested Alex Mulbah, 23, of 213 Lynn St. in Peabody and charged him with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and on a warrant.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

At 5:10 a.m., there was a complaint about dogs barking on Bartholomew Street.

At 9:02 a.m., police checked on a man sitting in the woods near the police station. He was waiting for his girlfriend who was in the station.

At 12:13 p.m., a larceny was reported on Joy Road.
