Police: Three Drug Arrests; Report of Youths Breaking Furniture and Glass; Smashed Windshield

Tuesday, June 23
At 3:12 p.m., drug violations in area of Capital Toner and Supplies on Foster Street. Report of drug activity on the tracks. Party reported that people were using needles. Jennifer A. Francis, 29, of Danvers, Mason J. Boulay, 20, of Peabody, and Kelsy Thompson, 20, of Salem, were arrested and each was charged with: Possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and trespassing.
At 8:04 p.m., burglary reported on Putnam Street Extension. Detectives investigating past break and enter.

At 8:16 p.m., vandalism on Harris Street. Report of youths breaking furniture and glass. DPW notified. Officer brought the juvenile home, and juvenile will be summoned for vandalism and disorderly conduct.

At 12:01 a.m., fight in progress on Tremont Street. Caller stated there was a fight in progress in the street. Parties gone on arrival.
At 12:46 a.m., fire at McDonald’s on Main Street. Strong odor of gas. Contacted Peabody Fire Department with Fryolator issue. Grease dripped down, and caused issues.
At 10:18 a.m., vandalism reported on Highland Park. Caller reported a smashed windshield.
At 1:17 p.m., assist citizen on Coleman Street. Dispute between resident and PMLP employee. resolved.
