Peabody, MA -- More than 50 people who live at Brooksby Village, an Erickson Living developed and managed retirement community in Peabody, MA participated in the 18th annual Brooksby Village Marathon.

“The rain held off for us and we once again had another great event,” said Rokia Paone, Fitness Manager, Brooksby Village. “So many came out to run and walk the one mile course. We also had people along the route cheering on the participants. It’s always a very popular event with both residents and staff.”

Brooksby Village residents also filmed the marathon to air on Brooksby Village's internal TV station, TV 919. The crew filmed the marathon on a golf cart so they could keep up with the runners.
