"Please make arrangements to have all vehicles off public roadways should the emergency parking ban become effective. Barring any unforseen changes in the expected snowfall, the ban is expected to be declared effective tomorrow as of 8 a.m. and continue until the event and cleanup efforts conclude," reads Thursday's alert.
