Roommate Dispute, Water Main Break And More: Peabody Police Log

Here are some of the calls Peabody Police have responded to in recent days.

PEABODY, MA -- The following are items recorded by Peabody Police Department. It is a sample of the types of calls the Peabody Police responded to on November 19th and 20th. Arrests

At 9:32 pm on Sunday, a caller reported her former boyfriend was banging at the door. Police arrested Phillip Michael Swanson, 30, of Peabody and charged him with assault on a household member and threat to commit a crime.

During a motor vehicle stop at 10:05 am Monday, police issued a summons to Julliana Ciriaco, 24, of Salem for operating a motor vehicle while having a suspended license. Ms Ciriaco will also be charged with operating a motor vehicle while the registration was revoked for no insurance. The vehicle was towed.

Sunday, November 19

4:57 pm: Overdose on Lynnfield Street.

6:56 pm: Motor vehicle accident at J.C. Penny. No injuries.

9:22 pm: Caller reports that her roommate hit her and locked himself in the bathroom

Monday, November 20

3:47 am: Water main break on Dooling Circle.

8:56 am: Caller reports a male party posing as a constable on Centennial Drive.

9:02 am: Dog brought to station by good Samaritan. Dog is Tyson, from County Street. Owner notified.

10:24 am: Plants stolen from island at Best gas station on Newbury Street.

11:04 am: Caller reports that there is someone living in a mobile home trailer on the street. The officers were not able to make contact with anyone in the vehicle. The officer spoke with property manager and she was advised that the vehicle is on private property and they can tow the vehicle if they choose.
