Seed Exchange at the South Branch

Too many seeds? Try swapping them at the South Branch and connect with other gardeners!

The Peabody Library’s South Branch is hosting a Seed Exchange! If you have leftover seeds from your spring planting or if you’re looking to connect with other gardeners to try new varieties and get some gardening tips, the South Branch is the place to be.

On Thursday, June 4th from 6PM-8PM, the South Branch’s community room will be an open space for gardeners to bring seeds, bulbs and cuttings to exchange for different varietals. This is a great chance to try something new with low risk. The event is free and gardeners of all levels of experience are welcome.

If you would like to attend, please bring viable seeds, cuttings or bulbs to swap with other gardeners. Registration is not required but is recommended. In the event of a full room, preference will be given to those who have signed up in advance. Please visit www.peabodylibrary.org or call 978-531-3380 for more information.
