Seven North Shore Men Indicted In Massive Drug Takedown: AG

Beverly, Danvers, Peabody, and Lynn police assisted state and federal authorities in the bust.

PEABODY, MA — Seven people from Peabody and Lynn were indicted in the takedown of a "major opioid trafficking operation," Attorney General Maura Healey's Office said.

Thirteen people were arrested on drug charges on May 22. The bust yielded 1.5 kilograms of heroin/fentanyl, 75 grams of cocaine, about 2,100 pills, and $415,000, authorities said.

The investigation included federal and state authorities in addition to police from Lynn, Beverly, Danvers, and Peabody.

The following were among those indicted:

  • Frantz Adolphe, 23, of Lynn - Trafficking oxycodone, 100 grams or more; conspiracy to violate the drug laws
  • Richard Grullon-Santos, 25, of Lynn - Trafficking fentanyl, 10 grams or more; conspiracy to violate drug laws
  • Gregory Inuyama, 27, of Lynn - Possession with intent to distribute a class B substance, oxycodone; conspiracy to violate drug laws
  • Lymbel Guerrero, 28, of Peabody - Trafficking heroin, 36 grams or more; trafficking oxycodone, 36 grams or more; trafficking cocaine, 36 grams or more; trafficking fentanyl, 10 grams or more; possession with intent to distribute a class A substance, Fentanyl; conspiracy to violate the drug laws (two counts)
  • Aggeliki Iliopoulos, 27, of Peabody - Trafficking oxycodone, 36 grams or more; conspiracy to violate the drug laws; Gregory Inuyama, 27, of Lynn - possession with intent to distribute a class B substance, oxycodone; conspiracy to violate drug laws
  • Nelson Mora, 25, of Lynn - Trafficking oxycodone, 36 grams or more; rrafficking heroin, 18 grams or more (four counts;) trafficking fentanyl, 10 grams or more (one count); distribution of a class B substance, oxycodone; distribution of a class B substance, fentanyl; conspiracy to violate the drug laws (three counts)
  • Randy Suarez, 30, of Peabody - Trafficking heroin, 200 grams or more; possession with intent to distribute a class B substance, oxycodone; possession with intent to distribute a class A substance, fentanyl; conspiracy to violate the drug laws (two counts)

Adolphe, Grullon-Santos, Mora and Suarez will be arraigned in Essex Superior Court on Thursday; Inuyama will be arraigned in Essex Superior Court on October 4; and Iliopoulos and Guerrero will be arraigned in Essex Superior Court at a later date.

Inuyama and Mora were also indicted in Bristol County on one count each of trafficking over 100 grams of oxycodone and will be arraigned in Bristol Superior Court at a later date.
