SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Do Peabody's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Peabody has 15 Level 3 sex offenders who live or work in the city, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

John Joseph Davis, 51, 111 R Main St., #3, Peabody, home. One count of assault with intent to commit rape (June 21, 1993 conviction).

Russell D. Fairfield, 57, 266 Newbury St., #19, Peabody, home. One count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age (March 7, 1995 conviction), one count of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior (March 7, 1995 conviction) and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age (Dec. 1, 1995 conviction).

Jon Paul Guitard, 45, 14 Foster St., #307, home, 36 Foster St., work. Three counts of OS rape and abuse of a child (Oct. 24, 2005).

Peter Ralph Lippens, 70, 266 Newbury St., #19, home. One count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age and five counts of rape and abuse of a child (Oct. 31, 1995 conviction)

Walter Lowell Jr., 38, 300 Andover St., work. One count of dissemination of matter harmful to minors, three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age and eight counts of rape and abuse of a child (Oct. 31, 2000 conviction).

Martin Marquez, 65, 58 Pulaski St., work. One count of assault with intent to commit rape (April 27, 1993 conviction), one count of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older (April 27, 1993), one count of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older (Nov. 22, 2004 conviction) and open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior (Nov. 22, 2004 conviction).

Joel Mendez, 41, 2 Park Square, home and work. Two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age (June 24, 1991 conviction).

Richton T. Muller, 61, 210 Lowell St., secondary address. Three counts of rape (June 14, 1990).

John P. Perez, 44, 0 Centennial Drive, work. Three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age and four counts of rape and abuse of a child (Jan. 6, 2010 conviction).

Nick Puzzo, 53, 238 Washington St., home and work. One count of assault with the intent to commit rape (April 23, 1990 conviction), indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older (Feb. 25, 1998) and two counts of rape and abuse of a child (Feb. 25, 1998 conviction).

John J. Robie, 49, 4 Mill St., #9, home, 67 Foster St., work. Eleven counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age (March 11, 2004 conviction).

Edgar Rodriguez, 47, 10 Caller St., work. One count of O/S rape (April 17, 1997 conviction).

Hector M. Rodriquez, 46, 32 Corwin St., work. One count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age and posing or exhibiting a child in state of nudity or sexual conduct (Sept. 26, 2006).

Jeremiah Weatherbee-Pike, 36, 22 Wahtera Road, home. One count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age (March 24, 1994) and two counts of purchasing or possessing child pornography (Sept. 13, 2011).
