Street Sweeping Underway in Peabody

City-wide street sweeping operations are underway in Peabody. Sweepers will begin on main roadways including Lowell Street, Main Street, Lynn Street, Washington Street, Lynnfield Street, Russell Street, and Pine Street.

From there, sweepers will begin sweeping secondary roads and residential areas.

Residents can participate in the spring cleanup by keeping cars off the streets during street sweeping, and by sweeping any sand or debris from the sidewalks onto the gutters. Please do not sweep sand into piles and refrain from sweeping debris into catch basins.
