Symphony and James St. Basketball Courts to Re-Open After Renovations
The Symphony Park and James St. basketball courts will be re-opened this weekend after getting a facelift.

PEABODY, MA — Calling all ballers in the Peabody area: Now that the sun's out, it's time to get back to hooping.
And thanks to the Peabody Recreation, Parks & Forestry, two of the city's public courts look as good as new.
The basketball courts at Symphony Park and James Street have been resurface and given a new coat of paint. The courts were closed during the renovations, but are scheduled to re-open this weekend.

The renovations were made just in time for the nice weather. High temperatures in Peabody this weekend are expected to be in the 70s and 80s, but a thunderstorm may roll through on Saturday, according to an accuweather forecast.
So get out there and start shooting some hoops.
