Tanners' Hockey Takes Tough Loss at Home [PHOTOS]
Wilmington scored the winning goal with three minutes left in the game to hand Peabody a 2-1 loss.
The Peabody boys over Gloucester (4-2), but then fell against Winthrop (5-1) on the road and Wilmington while back at home on Friday (2-1).
With the Christmas break behind them, the Tanners' hockey club heads back on the road to The Edge in Bedford Wednesday (2:50 p.m.) to play Concord-Carlisle before conference action again with Danvers on New Year's Eve (12:30 p.m.) at Salem State.

Despite being outshot in the first period, the Tanners managed a 1-0 lead on a shot from Derek DeMild with an assist from Tom Burns and Erik Hennessey. Wilmington tied it up in the second period.
