All those races were in the emerging elite category, along with two top individual efforts by Tommy Drover in the javelin (7th in 152-03) and Grube in the high jump (10th in 6-02 3/4). Grube actually set the meet record last year, leaping 6-06, but that was broken this year.
Nick Christensen also ran a 15:25.30 in the 5K for a 23rd place finish. The boys' distance medley (D'Amato, Ingham, Drover and Christensen) likewise finished 23rd in 10:33.64, and Grube also took 23rd (15.43) in the preliminary heat for the 110 meter hurdles.
