The Peabody Firefighters, Harlem Superstars Lace'em Up for a Good Cause
Charity basketball game at Peabody High on Saturday raised money for Peabody Firefighters Honor Guard Association and provided great family entertainment.
On the surface, it had all the makings of a mismatch.
But the Peabody Firefighters were determined to give the Harlem Superstars Comedy Basketball team a good game in front of their home crowd at Saturday night.
The biggest winner of this game ended up being the Peabody Firefighters Honor Guard Association, which provides comfort, dignity, and respect to families of lost firefighters with pride and professionalism while representing the city's Fire Department.
