The Mrs. Essex County Pageant is open each year to married women who currently live in Essex County and are at least 18 years old. Each contestant submits a prepared food item as part of the event.

Contestants are urged to "Buy Local" and use ingredients from local farms in their entries, a requirement that reflects the event's agricultural roots.

As Mrs. Essex County, Frasca-Moses will be instrumental in the Essex Agricultural Society’s goal to educate the public regarding the organization's importance in an atmosphere of fun and excitement through the Topsfield Fair.

The 208th Topsfield Fair ran from Oct. 2 through Oct. 12.
