Visit the Nightmare on Main Street, If You Dare
The fun includes trick-or-treating and a haunted house.

Get ready to bring the family for some thrills and chills on Main Street on Thursday night.
The Peabody Recreation has once again teamed up with the Peabody Downtown Association to offer the Nightmare on Main Street community event, which will include several free activities for the whole family to enjoy an evening of downtown fun.
There will be a costume contest, a haunted house, and trick-or-treating as part of the fun.

The schedule includes:
A costume contest at 5 p.m., with registration beginning at 4:30 p.m. Open to families and children ages 0-12: Register at Peabody Veterans Memorial Park on 45 Walnut St. between 4:30—4:45 pm. Winners will be announced by age category and prizes awarded. There will be a special prize for best family theme costume.

Fiendish family fun from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Peabody Veterans Memorial Park on 45 Walnut St. There will be Halloween entertainment, games, crafts and refreshments. Activities are free; donations are kindly appreciated.
Trick-or-treating on Main Street from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Come have some family fun while helping to support our Peabody downtown. Several businesses will be offering trick-or-treating. For a list of participating businesses and results of the contest, visit our website.
A downtown haunted house from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Peabody Knights of Columbus will be hosting a Haunted House at 96 Main Street. Come and see the amazing fire breather too! $5.00 entrance fee.
