PEABODY, MA -- What's new in Peabody? Let Mayor Ted Bettencourt fill you in. Bettencourt released the first "State Of The City," an occasional video series he is producing in conjunction with PAT, Peabody's nonprofit media center.
Bettencourt uses his eight and a half minutes efficiently and covers a lot of ground. Among the issues and projects he offers updates on:
