Winter Solstice Celebration at the Peabody Institute Library

Festive musical fun at the library with multi-talented Roger Tincknell. A celebration of all winter holidays for all ages!

The Peabody Institute Library is excited to welcome musician Roger Tincknell for a Winter Solstice Celebration concert on Monday, December 4th @ 6:30PM! This holiday concert will take place in the Sutton Room at the Main Library located at 82 Main St. It is an all-ages program. Anyone from 0-100 and beyond is welcome to attend to enjoy seasonal music.

This festive and fun concert will include songs from Chanukah, Christmas and other winter traditions as well as opportunities to sing-along. Tincknell is a talented musician who will play guitar, mandolin, banjo, Irish Bodhran, African drum, harmonica and Russian balalaika. All audience members are encouraged to participate by singing, clapping and dancing.
