Noyes is Senior Vice President and Director of Retail at First Ipswich Bank where he is responsible for the operation, strategic direction and leadership of the bank’s professional business units. Noyes has more than 30 years of involvement in the banking industry including as Vice President, Community Development and CRA Officer of People’s United Bank, Director of Compliance at Danversbank, and Director of the Danversbank Charitable Foundation. Prior to that he was the Savings Officer at Marblehead Bank.

He also serves on the Advisory Board of the North Shore Community Development Coalition and past Chair North Shore Medical Center Cancer Walk, and active member of their Steering Committee.

“As a banker, we are instilled with the virtue of being involved in the community. So many times, people join a board just to join a board. I think you should be passionate about the organization you are serving,” said Noyes. “The YMCA of Metro North provides valuable services and programs to many people in Peabody, Lynn, Saugus, Melrose, and Stoneham. This area is lucky to have the outstanding YMCA programs, academies, and camps available to their residents. As someone who attended and loved YMCA camp as a child, I am excited to join the leadership of this great community organization.”
