Whitman, MA — A woman was killed and four more were hurt in a horrific crash in Whitman, authorities announced Thursday night. The crash happened on Auburn Street when a Nissan sedan collided with a wheelchair transport van. A female passenger in the Nissan was killed, according to Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz.  The woman's name was not released. The driver of the Nissan was seriously hurt and transported to South Shore Hospital. Whitman, MA — A woman was killed and four more were hurt in a horrific crash in Whitman, authorities announced Thursday night.

The crash happened on Auburn Street when a Nissan sedan collided with a wheelchair transport van. A female passenger in the Nissan was killed, according to Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz.  The woman's name was not released. The driver of the Nissan was seriously hurt and transported to South Shore Hospital.
