5,000+ Narcotic Pills: Bridgewater State Hospital Tech Arrested
A Bridgewater State Hospital technician was arrested on charges she stole over 5,000 narcotic pills over the course of 4 years.
Bridegwater, MA — A Bridgewater State Hospital pharmacy technician stole over 5,000 narcotic pills over the last four years, authorities said.
Jennifer Perry, 41, of New Bedford, was indicted Friday, according to Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz.
Authorities said they started investigating the case in August after percocet pills prescribed to a patient went missing. Cruz said they discovered Perry had been stealing pills since 2012.

Perry stole 3,671 percocet pills and another 1,700 various narcotic pills, Cruz said.
