Plymouth Amber Alert: Child Found Safe, Father Arrested
A father was arrested and a child was found safe after Plymouth police issued an Amber Alert Thursday night.

Plymouth, MA — Authorities on Thursday arrested a father who authorities said took off with his 4-year-old child after a domestic dispute, triggering an Amber Alert.
Arthur Moniz, 36, was arrested in Marion on Route 195 following an hours-long search. His child was found safe with him, police said.
The alert was issued at about 6 p.m.; Moniz was located about an hour later.

Moniz was driving a grey GMC but then switched vehicles to a grey Nissan in Bourne, police said.
