Spire Center for Performing Arts Unveils Fall 2026 Lineup

The Spire Center for Performing Arts is gearing up for an electric autumn, announcing a diverse roster of four new shows hitting the stage this fall. From the sharp wit of a Boston comedy legend to the soulful sounds of folk and jazz masters, there is something for every music and comedy lover in Plymouth.

Tickets for all four newly announced performances go on sale this Saturday, July 11, at 6:00 a.m. at spirecenter.org.

The fall lineup kicks off with a mix of intimate performances and high-energy entertainment:

• Abbie Gardner (October 15): A fiery dobro player and Billboard-charting artist, Gardner brings her unique blend of gritty and sweet storytelling to the Spire. As part of the venue’s Lobby Series—presented by The Antonia and Vladimir Kulaev Cultural Heritage Fund—this intimate show will showcase her world-class lap style dobro playing and evocative songwriting.
• Patty Larkin & Lucy Kaplansky (October 17): Folk fans are in for a treat as two legendary singer-songwriters join forces for a powerful double bill. Larkin, celebrated for her technical artistry, and Kaplansky, often called the "troubadour laureate of modern city folk," will share the stage in what promises to be a career-defining performance.
• Lenny Clarke (October 30): The iconic Boston comedian and actor brings his trademark sarcasm, quick wit, and unmistakable accent to the Spire stage. A staple of the New England comedy scene since the 1980s, Clarke’s appearance is expected to be a highlight of the season.
• Laszlo Gardony Quartet (November 12): Also part of the Lobby Series, this performance features the renowned pianist and Berklee College of Music professor. Gardony, a winner of the Great American Jazz Piano Competition, will be joined by an all-star quartet featuring Don Braden (saxophone), Yoron Israel (drums), and John Lockwood (bass).

The Spire Center, located at 25 ½ Court Street, continues to serve as a cultural beacon for the South Shore. The venue is fully handicap accessible, and public parking is available both streetside and in nearby public lots.

In addition to these new announcements, the Spire has a packed summer calendar, including performances by Karla Bonoff, Tom Rush, Ruthie Foster, and the "Music of the Beach Boys" featuring Pet Sounds Live.
