• Lindsay Clancy will appear in court for the first time since her mistrial (abc7.com) — Lindsay Clancy is due back in Plymouth court Tuesday for a status conference that could determine whether she faces a retrial or a possible plea deal in the deaths of her three children. Lawyers will argue over defense motions to dismiss the charges, seek a not-guilty finding by reason of insanity, and further investigate the lone holdout juror from the mistrial.
