Joshua A. Mazzilli, 29, 15 Cherry St. Court., Apt. 1, arrested on two charges of assault and battery and shoplifting by asportation on Samoset Street at 5:01 p.m.

Keith B. Seger Jr., 23, 298 Autumn Ave., Duxbury, arrested on a charge of possession of a class A substance on Taylor Avenue at 6:02 p.m.

Jarrod S. Litchfield, 28, 13 Head of the Bay Road, arrested on warrant charges including larceny over $250, larceny by check over $250, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 1:13 a.m.
