Body Found In Plymouth ID'd

The death is being investigated as a homicide.

PLYMOUTH, MA – A body found in the Plymouth woods Monday has been identified as that of a missing Mashpee man. Raymond Perry, 64, was reported missing Dec. 1. His death is being investigated as a homicide, the Barnstable District Attorney's office said.

Perry's body was found Monday afternoon near the Plymouth-Carver town line. The cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head, combined with "cutting wounds" to the neck, according to the DA's office.
