Verizon hits the Snowbirds with a rate increase
Snowbirds going home to a $30 rate increase for VIOS.
Notitified Verizon I was returning home 30 march.I was told my two year contract For $174 would increase to $205. When I left 1 Jan and I asked for a 3 month extention to my service, I was told everything would remain the same, when I returned.
I kept the phone service in my bundle, but shut down TV and internet.I paid extra For phone service. Now thier increasing My contracted rate for TV and Internet.
Shouldnt there be a class action suit, here 10 of thousands of elderly are going to be over charged, their agreed upon contracted rate.I hope this turns into a customer relations night mare for them. I'm dumping verizon at the end of my contract. I keep my aggreements.
