Cask 'n Flagon's Family-Friendly Easter Brunch

Chef Donely Liburd serves tasty brunch buffet offerings on the South Shore

WHAT: In celebration of Easter Sunday, Cask ‘n Flagon in Marshfield will dish out an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet that is sure to indulge hungry guests. As prepared by Executive Chef Donley Liburd, patrons can expect a selection of bottomless brunch favorites to satisfy stomachs and taste-buds alike. Fit for the whole family (kids under-5 even eat por gratis), Chef Liburd’s specialties include an omelet and waffle station, a delicious spread of sides, including bacon and sausage, crisp home fries, a decadent crème brûlée-stuffed blueberry French toast, fried chicken, freshly carved roast turkey and roast beef as well as a selection of ever-changing pastas, salads, desserts and more.

For adult and social brunch-ers, Cask ‘n Flagon’s expansive draft lines will be tapped and ready for pouring as the beverage team shakes up its list of signature brunch cocktails including the Red Snapper (Hendrick’s, tomato juice, cask mud, shrimp, blue cheese olive - $8). For those who love bubbles, ($7 each), a Bellini, French 75, Kir Royale, Strawberry Sparkler and Mimosa will be offered.

For those wishing to indulge in Cask ‘n Flagon’s Famous Bloody Mary (house vodka, tomato juice, Cask mud mix - $7.95) there is a Build Your Own Bloody Mary option and guests will check off boxes on this special menu to build their perfect brunch cocktail which will be shaken up by the Cask ‘n Flagon beverage team.
