In the 17th century, weddings were a happy diversion from hard work on a colonial farm. Francis and Hester Cooke invite you to join them as a guest at the marriage of their daughter, Jane, to Experience Mitchell. During the day, enjoy the traditional singing, dancing and merriment of this festive occasion. This wedding is a family-friendly event for people of all ages.
Watch the villagers as they prepare for this special event and experience fun of a traditional wedding ceremony. Preparation for the day's events start at 11:00 a.m. and the event is free with Museum admission. For more information please call (508) 746-1622 or visit www.plimoth.org.
