Comedy coming to Court Street this weekend!

Are you looking for something to do this Saturday night? Well if you're looking to laugh head on over to the Spire Center on Court Street in historic downtown Plymouth Massachusetts for a night of laughs and entertainment. As North Shore native Jimmy Dunn headlines an incredible night of comedy. The show will also feature two additional headline-established comics including Dan Miller & Jay Whittaker.

Jimmy Dunn is an actor and stand-up comedian from Boston, who recently co-starred on the CBS comedy “The McCarthys” as Sean McCarthy. He got his start in the comedy world telling jokes at a bar in Gloucester, Massachusetts, where he was paid in beer and fried clams. Since then, Jimmy has gone on to perform at some of the comedy industry’s most prestigious events, including Denis Leary’s Comics Come Home, Montreal’s International Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, and the Late Show with David Letterman.

Dan Miller is a native of the South End in Boston, Dan Miller was born a comedian but made it official in 1992 when he burst onto the local comedy scene. Since then he has teamed with local and national headliners including Lenny Clarke, Paul Nardizzi, Dane Cook, and Dave Attell. Dan took a hiatus from stand-up in ’95-’96 to work on his acting and improv skills taking a starring role in the Boston-area dinner theater production of “Mario and Mary’s Italian Comedy Wedding.” Dan trained at The Actor’s Workshop and at the Harrison Project with well-known acting coach Peter Kelly.

Jay Whittaker is an award-winning standup comedian, promising actor, avid birdwatcher, and podcast producer. Jay lives, works, and performs comedy live from Boston, Massachusetts, and travels the country for events, comedy shows, festivals, tours, hosting gigs, acting engagements, and more.

This great comedy lineup takes place on Saturday, January 14th, 2023 at 8:00 pm at the Spire Center for Performing Arts in Downtown Plymouth Massachusets.
