Anyone considering divorce or just beginning the divorce process should attend an upcoming session of Divorce Seminar 2015, a series of free divorce workshops that provide men and women with the information they need to prepare for the challenges ahead.

“The divorce process can be frightening and confusing, especially for those who’ve never interacted with the courts before,” said Attorney Irwin Pollack, Founder and Lead Attorney of Pollack Law Group, P.C. and host of Talking About Divorce, a weekly talk show on News Radio 580 AM and 94.9 FM, WTAG. “Our goal is to help explain the process in clear, simple terms so everyone understands the process – as well as what they need to do to achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves and their families.”
Each session of Divorce Seminar 2015 includes an overview of the divorce process, including the critical issues of child support and custody, parenting plans, alimony and spousal support, division of property and allocation of debt. Participants also receive a packet of worksheets, checklists and other valuable information to help prepare.
“Our Divorce Seminar series have proven incredibly popular since we introduced them several years ago,” Pollack said. “That’s why we’ve already scheduled eight sessions across the state so far this year, with more to be offered in the months to come.”
