Driver Was Drunk When He Hit Plymouth Pedestrian: Police
The victim, a 44-year-old Plymouth man, was seriously hurt following the crash in Wareham.

Police said a driver was drunk when he struck and seriously injured a Plymouth man in Wareham this week.
Mark Giberson, 36, of Wareham, was arrested at the scene and charged with a host of crimes.
The victim, a 44-year-old man from Plymouth, was transported to Rhode Island Hospital with serious injuries.

Police said the crash happened Tuesday at about 4 p.m. in a parking lot near 367 Onset Avenue. Giberson struck another vehicle before hitting the victim, police said.
Giberson was charged with OUI, negligent driving, driving without a license, and a driving violation.
