Plymouth District Court arraignments and dispositions December 13 - 14

ARRAIGNMENTS


Thursday, December 13

Patrick R. Twomy, 23, of 290 Ships Pond Road, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and with marked lanes violation in Plymouth.

Edward J. Libby, Jr, 30, of 994 Long Pond Road, charged with assault and battery in Plymouth.

Maeghan L. Robbins, 28, of 994 Long Pond Road, charged with assault and battery, possession of a Class B substance and with possession of a Class C substance in Plymouth.

Judith, McShane, 63, of 595 Long Pond Road, charged with shoplifting by concealment (five counts) in Kingston.

Friday, December 14

Dianne Smith of 12 Bradford Street, Kingston, charged with attempting to commit a crime and with shoplifting by asportation merchandise valued at more than $100 in Plymouth.


DISPOSITIONS

Thursday, December 13

Taylece M. Dias, 23, of 1 Algonquin Terrace W13, Plymouth, charged with shoplifting by concealment merchandise valued at more than $100 in Plymouth; continued without a finding until June 13, 2014, ordered to remain drug and alcohol free.

Andrew S. Kelly, 25, of23 Canal Road, Sagamore Beach,  charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and with marked lanes violation in Plymouth; dismissed, failure to prosecute.

Krista, J. Randall, 27, of 57F Stafford Street, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery in Plymouth; dismissed.
