Entergy Critics Say Pilgrim Sleepover Violates Federal Law
Critics claim that replacement workers at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station are sleeping in trailers on the grounds, violating local, state and federal laws.

Pilgrim foes and union supporters are claiming Entergy is violating federal law by allowing temporary workers at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station to sleep on the grounds.
Local attorney and member of Freeze Pilgrim Ted Bosen, says he was informed by a union lawyer that replacement workers at Pilgrim are sleeping in trailer units on the grounds at Pilgrim, violating Plymouth zoning bylaws, state sanitation and fire codes, and federal OSHA regulations.
"If the Union's attorneys fail to seek the enforcement of these violations immediately, we Plymouth citizens are prepared to do so ourselves," Bosen said in an email. "As the long as the reactor remains in operation, it must do so with the very personnel already experienced with the design and operation of this particular plant"
