Friends of the nominees and supporters of the arts are invited to join PCC members and local leaders at 7 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel Plymouth Harbor for an evening of delicious hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, gift basket drawings and entertainment by some of the area‘s most exciting talent.
Ed Perry, WATD owner and radio personality, will take the stage as Master of Ceremonies;
East Coast Acapella (back by popular demand) will provide musical continuity throughout the evening with tunes that make your feet dance by themselves. Among the evening’s scheduled entertainers are the Plymouth Middle School Jazz Band; ballroom dancers from the Fred Astaire Studio; Jack Scully and Friends, spoken word; Keith James and Potentials Unlimited, a song and dance troupe with and without disabilities; Richard Pickering, historic interpreter, and Carly Tefft, singer-songwriter.
Winners of “Focus on Plymouth,” PCC’s first annual digital photo contest, will be revealed and all the entries will be displayed in a slide show throughout the evening. Winning entries have been framed for display by Golden Gull Studios, a major event sponsor.
