A collaboration between visual and musical artists will happen on Sunday November 6 at Christ Church (Episcopal), 149 Court Street in Plymouth. Beginning at 5:30 PM, the Chancel Choir, under the direction of Joseph Dudzinski, music director, will sing a special All Saints Choral Evensong with the theme of remembrance. Evensong is an ancient tradition in the Episcopal and Anglican Churches, and is often sung on special occasions, such as the Sunday following All Saints Day. Music will include compositions by William Lawes, Thomas Dupuis, Bernadette Farrell, and Bobby McFerrin. After the service, guests will adjourn to a reception and art exhibit showing pieces with a “remembrance” theme. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
