Thursday, April 12 from 2:30 till 6:30, gather with farmers, local food-makers and earth-based artisans for “In Celebration of Earth” winter-into-spring market day at Plimoth Plantation, 137 Warren Ave, Plymouth.
Browse tables of fresh greens, fertile eggs, herbs, grass-fed pork and beef, breads and fresh pizza dough, regional cheeses, artisan chocolates, and grilled local foods to enjoy inside the Peabody Pavilion, just beyond Nye Barn. Overlooking the Eel River, plan to celebrate the emerging spring and awakening earth with The Starry Night band who will perform all afternoon.
Garden lectures, baby animals in the barn, spring salad demonstrations, energy audits and other earth day activities await guests. SNAP/EBT cards are welcome; this market event is free and open to the public.
