PLYMOUTH —
Sports cars will be on display and helicopter rides will be available Sunday at Plymouth Municipal Airport, all to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The event, called Cars and Copters, is being presented by Driven Perfection, an auto detailing company in Weymouth; the Beantown Sound, a professional disc jockey service; Heliops, a helicopter company; and Yuppieracing.net, a local car enthusiast Web site.

“This is a great event to end the summer with,” said Chris Benvie, an event organizer. “We are looking for families to have a good time while raising money for children with cancer.”
The car show will feature Ford Mustangs and exotic sports cars including Lamborghinis and Maseratis.

Heliops will have helicopters on hand for those interested in short aerial tours of the area.
Admission will be free.
All of the money raised will benefit the St. Jude’s hospital.
