Come to the Manomet Branch Library, 12 Strand Ave., for a program on reusing old books. This month weβll be creating roses from book pages on Thursday, June 14, at 7 p.m. The projects are inspired by Lisa Occhipintiβs book, The Repurposed Library: 33 Craft Projects That Give Old Books New Life, featuring several projects that teens and adults can make. This will be the first in a series of three events for the summer based on repurposing books. Registration will be required as space and supplies will be limited; register online via our calendar of events at www.plymouthpubliclibrary.org or call the Manomet Branch Library at (508) 830-4185.
This program is free! It is sponsored by the Plymouth Public Library Corporation. The library is fully accessible; please let us know if you need special accommodations to attend. If you would like more information about this program call the Manomet Branch Librarian at the number listed above or email to jenniferj@ocln.org.
