In celebration of summer finally being in full swing, Alden Park Bar & Grill invites the residents of Plymouth County in for an all you can eat $5 Summer Kick-Off BBQ, this Sunday June 5th starting at 4 pm. In an effort to give back to the community, they will also be asking that all guests bring a non-perishable food item, as well as hosting a 50/50 raffle with proceeds to benefit the local Plymouth Food Pantry. The Plymouth Food Pantry works under the direction of the Salvation Army location on Carver St, serving the community. Charity is familiar territory for Alden Park as they have hosted similar events in the past to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Plymouth, Habitat for Humanity, and other local charities. Keith Fine at Alden Park indicated that “the Alden Park team really enjoys hosting these events. We value the opportunity to give back to the community that we live and work in whenever we can.”
There will be music, Malibu cocktails, beer specials and so much more for the whole family to enjoy! So get there early to get in line for what is sure to be a Sunday Fun-day!
