The Kingston Public Library will host ‘The Amazing Image: Wildlife Photography Seminar’ on Thursday, September 15 at 7:00 PM in the meeting room. Charlie MacPherson, owner of MacPherson Studios in Scituate, will discuss the tools, tips and techniques necessary to capture your own amazing wildlife photographs .
This seminar will include a demonstration of the various lenses, camera bodies and other gear used in creating the images. There will be a discussion of what photographers with less sophisticated gear can accomplish. There will be a slide show with a discussion of subjects, locations, the equipment and techniques used to capture each image. Participants will have the opportunity for a hands on demonstration of the gear and receive a handout ‘Wildlife Photography – 9 tips for getting it right’.
