Qigong is a Chinese mind-body practice of aligning body, mind and breath for exercise, healing, meditation and energy cultivation. Tai Chi is just an advanced form of Qigong but its techniques are based on martial art principles. Join us for a free Tai Chi & Qigong class on Sunday Feb 23, 2014 at the Budokan Martial Arts Club in Plymouth. The training room is on the second floor of the building marked One Park Place.
